The Mouse Organ of Corti cDNA clone collection was constructed by
the NIDCD and is comprised of approximately 26,000 expressed sequence
tag (EST) clones derived from organ of corti tissue dissected from
post-natal through P13 developmental stages. Each clone was
directionally cloned into the pBluescript SK- vector using the XhoI
(3’) and EcoRI (5’) restriction sites. The entire collection is

clones are also available via our clone query.
