The ‘Open Access Programs’ from Open Biosystems are aimed at enabling the life science community through straightforward access to the latest genomic technologies developed in the field. As rapid advancements are being made in RNAi and over-expression technologies, Open Biosystems has created this program to enable large numbers of investigators access to the most exciting and leading-edge technologies available through existing core facilities. By enabling the core to concentrate on distributing the resources and Open Biosystems to focus on technology development & support, we believe researchers will be given the best possible combination of service, value and support.

Participation in the Open Access Program includes the following benefits:

•  Unlimited access to genome–wide resources of your choice by all researchers within a participating institution.
•  Priority access to all extensions or upgrades of these resources
• Open Biosystems supplies the storage system including the -80° degree freezer(s) and freezer racking system.
• Access to a dedicated team of technical specialists for superior technical support
•  Web Portal to facilitate querying and ordering program resources to be fulfilled via the core facility
  
  
  Two forms of the Open Access Program are available:
   
   Open Access Unlimited- Unlimited access to all researchers within an institution (even on multiple campuses). All extensions of the resources are included. Download details.
  Open Access Lite- The Lite Program accommodates the needs of researchers who want to get together upto 15 labs and pool resources to purchase Open Access to a particular collection. Download details.
