Mouse GIPZ lentiviral shRNAmir
The Mouse GIPZ Lentiviral shRNAmir Library targets the entire mouse genome with multiple shRNAmir per target.  The goal of the mouse GIPZ lentiviral library is 150,000 shRNAmir containing vectors targeting both annotated and unknown genes. This library currently consists of ~52,800 shRNAmir constructs with additional releases being made on a biweekly basis.

Genome-wide coverage will be achieved at 62K constructs with ~2.3 constructs/target and will continue to grow, adding deeper coverage to genes represented or adding the few genes not already represented.

The Mouse GIPZ Lentiviral shRNAmir Library can be purchased as  individual lentiviral shRNAmir clones, entire library or as individual releases (50 plates). Each individual release contains~ 4800 constructs randomly arranged into 96 well microtiter plates.

Shipping Information:
The mouse GIPZ lentiviral shRNAmir library is provided in 96-well microtiter plates containing frozen stock cultures of E.coli  in LB (low salt) broth with 8% glycerol, carbenicillin (100ug/ml) and zeocin (25ug/ml).  Individual shRNAmir constructs are shipped as glycerol stock cultures on wet ice. Open Biosystems checks all cultures for growth prior to shipment. Store at -80ºC.
