defined by Gene Ontology
Mouse pSM2 shRNAmir gene familiy and pathway sets provide the advantages of shRNAmir design combined with the convenience of Gene Ontology (GO) annotated collections targeting all genes in a particular gene family or biological pathway. The arrayed sets contain shRNAmir from the mouse pSM2 retroviral shRNAmir library that target all genes falling under specific GO terms. These collections will greatly simplify pathway analysis, target identification and validation.

Shipping Information:
The shRNAmir rearrays of gene families are provided in 96-well microtiter plates containing frozen stock cultures of E.coli (DH10bpir116) in LBR broth with 8% glycerol and chloramphenicol (50ug/ml). Open Biosystems checks all cultures for growth prior to shipment. Store at -80ºC.
