R&D Associate I – Cellular Engineering

Summary:

The successful candidate for this position will be part of a scientific team responsible for the development of technologies for engineering cell lines.

Laboratory work:

Training in microscopy is required. Familiarity with utilizing viral vectors, transfection, mammalian cell culture and PCR are a plus.

The position will report to a senior R&D Scientist in cellular engineering. The ability to be flexible in supporting a variety of scientist, projects and priorities is essential.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. or M.S. in Molecular Biology or other Life Sciences field required
• 1+ years proven successful laboratory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English required
• Outstanding organizational, planning, process development and interpersonal skills are required.
