Open Biosystems combines years of experience and the latest bioinformatics to deliver the industry’s most advanced peptide design application, Antigen Profiler. Choose between a simple peptide analysis or an advanced peptide design. The simple peptide analysis is accessible from the Antigen Profiler folder tab at the top of the page. The analysis allows users to submit a previously designed peptide sequence and rank it's antigenicity on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is a poor antigen and 5 is an excellent antigen. An advanced peptide design is also available allowing users to submit a protein sequence or gene symbol. A team of technical representatives will run the analysis and complete the antigenic sequence design. A detailed report (Figure 1) with a list of optimal peptide sequences will be emailed to you for your final selection of candidates for antibody production.
